Advanced Chipset Control
The following screen appears if you select "Advanced Chipset Control" on the Advanced menu.
Selecting a menu item preceded by symbol "
³" and pressing Enter allows the appropriate submenu
to appear.
See the table below for the items.

Multimedia Timer Disabled

Specify whether the timer supporting a
multimedia is enabled or disabled.
Wake On
LAN/PME
Disabled
[Enabled]
Specify whether the remote power-on
feature through the device connected to
the standard network card is enabled or
disabled. To use Wake On LAN feature,
set the link speed and duplex to [Auto].
Wake On Ring [Disabled]
Enabled
Specify whether the remote power-on
feature through a serial port (modem) is
enabled or disabled.
Wake On RTC
Alarm
[Disabled]
Enabled
Specify whether the remote power-on
feature by using RTC alarm is enabled or
disabled.
Intel(R) I/OAT Disabled
[Enabled]
Specify whether the I/O acceleration
technology of Intel is enabled or disabled.
[ ]: Factory-set
NOTE: The Wake On LAN/PME feature is available only on LAN
ports 1 through 3. Use of Wake On LAN/PME feature on LAN port 4 or
any other option cards is not supported.
