This is not a fatal error. The board needs not to be replaced
immediately, but its performance may be decreased.
You may continue to use or run the system.
1. Take one of the following measures to reboot (reset) the CPU
blade.
* Issue an OS command.
* Press Ctrl + Alt + Del.
* Press the RESET switch.
* Issue a command from Web browser of EXPRESSSCOPE
Engine or NEC DianaScope Manager.
2. Replace the CPU blade.
3. If the same error persists, contact your service representative.
Note: If the message [8423: Onboard PCIE#4 Link Width Error]
is displayed, check the followings:
* Connection of signal cable between the CPU unit and
the SAS unit
* Installation status of DIMMs on SAS unit
