3.1 Memory Configuration

 Independent Channel: Refer to 3.1.1

 Memory Sparing Configuration: Refer to 3.1.2

 Memory Mirroring / Memory Lockstep Configuration: Refer to 3.1.3

NOTE:

 Minimum one memory kit per processor must be installed.

 The configured memories must be identical.

 It is recommended to install memory kits in multiples of two (four identical DIMMs) for quad-channel

symmetric memory configurations to increase memory transfer speed.

 When two processors are installed, balance the DIMMs across the two processors.

 Mix configurations of UDIMM/RDIMM/LRDIMM are not supported
