BMC Configuration User's Guide

4.6 Clear BMC SEL

If you select "Clear BMC SEL" on the starting screen, you can clear all records of System Event Log.

4.7 BMC Initialization

If you select "BMC Initialization" on the starting screen, you can restore all of BMC Configuration

parameters to the default settings except for the part. It will take about one minute to restart BMC. Please

refer to 5.9 Default setting for details of the parameters after executing "BMC Initialization".

 This operation may cause data destruction.

CHECK:

 The following settings are not initialized.

- ECO

- Control

- SEL and Power Restore Delay in Miscellaneous

4.8 Reset BMC

If you select "Reset BMC" on the starting screen, you can reset BMC without rebooting system. BMC It will

take about one minute to restart BMC.

IMPORTANT:

 Please use it when you can not operate the BMC functions correctly or if necessary.

 This operation does not clear the configuration settings.
